Withdrawals on KheloVIP are processed in Bangladeshi Taka to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete.
Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balances that have cleared all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal. If you attempt to withdraw a balance that includes uncleared bonus funds, the bonus portion will be removed from the withdrawal amount.
Withdrawal to Third Parties: KheloVIP will only process withdrawals to accounts registered in the same name as the KheloVIP account. Requests to send funds to a different person's bKash or bank account will be declined.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure. KheloVIP uses automated systems to detect unusual betting patterns associated with bonus abuse.

In the event of a technical fault during gameplay — such as a disconnection, server error or game malfunction — KheloVIP will investigate the incident and apply the technical fault policy. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to your wallet. Winnings from incomplete rounds will not be paid out.
Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact KheloVIP support within 24 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after 24 hours may not be investigated. KheloVIP's decision on disputed game results is final.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KheloVIP login credentials. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact KheloVIP support immediately. We will temporarily lock your account while the security review is conducted. KheloVIP is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on KheloVIP. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: KheloVIP has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, cheating and money laundering. All suspicious activity is monitored and reported. Accounts found to be involved in prohibited activities will be permanently closed with no right of appeal.
